The 2023 Baltimore/DC Caribbean Carnival is the perfect event to showcase, promote and market your products and services to thousands of people attending the festival at The Bowl, in Baltimore.
The festival is open to the public for three (3) days: Friday, July 7, Saturday, July 8 and Sunday, July 9, 2023 and features local, national and international artists and an array of food.

- Display-only (not selling)
Street vending is NOT permitted.
